  Dear Pr. Jim Brock,
  
  I received your letter and it made me very encouraged to pursue this challenge, because I like challenges in my life and in my pastoral ministry. When I sent that brief report of my ministry, I felt in my heart the desire to work with Hispanics because I speak Spanish to have lived in Bolivia for some time and know that Hispanics living in the United States also need Jesus in their lives, speak little English, but I know that God has given me this challenge Warlen, He will enable me to your work and be instrument of Jesus to give growth to his kingdom along with my family and brothers of the First Baptist Church of Warlen.
  I believe and profess Article of Faith sent by Brother, and along with my family will be praying for God's giving the right direction, if that is your desire.
  I will be sending my resume pro brother, as soon as it is ready.
  I want to report that I am also a teacher, a graduate degree in school management, and training in theology.
  As I said, I have 27 years of pastoral ministry, working with church planting and growth.
  I want to thank God for being providing this encounter with the brothers Warlen and timely'll be sending my resume, pray for us.
